Before we pull out any equipment, we walk the property with you. We look for "conducive conditions"—things like leaky faucets, overgrown desert broom, or cracks in the foundation—that act as an open invitation for pests.

For your first visit, we focus on the "hot zones" inside your home or business. We treat behind appliances, under sinks, and along baseboards to flush out any existing pests and create an internal safety zone.

This is where the real work happens. We apply a comprehensive liquid barrier around your foundation and treat the "eaves" (where the wall meets the roof) to stop spiders and wasps. We also inspect your yard for pack rat middens and scorpion nesting sites.

After the service, your technician will provide a  verbal & digital report detailing exactly what was found and what was treated. We will then schedule your recurring maintenance visits to ensure that barrier never breaks down.
