Just Bugs
$39 Monthly / $59 Bi-monthly
Our entry level program. This includes both interior and exterior treatments for your everyday pests. This includes spiders, ants, scorpions, centipedes, and outdoor roaches. This program is best for prevention for low pest pressure in homes.
Bugs and Rodents
$59 Monthly
Our Bugs and Rodent program includes all the benefits of our Just Bugs program with the added protection of two (2) installed exterior rodent stations. We will establish an exterior barrier for your general pests, as well as offer a level of protection against those occasional rodents, such as field mice and pack rats.(additional rodent stations available. Please see your representative for details.)
Bugs, Rodents, Stingers
$99 Monthly
Our bugs rodent and stingers program is the all inclusive pest program for your home. This program covers all of the general crawling pest pressures as well as two (2) exterior rodent stations along with wasp and bee coverage. This program is best assigned for homeowners who have lots of flowering bushes and or a pool on their property. Throughout our summer months here in Tucson, bee and wasp activity increases and the pressure from these insects becomes more of an issue and safety risk.
Specialized Treatment Programs

We have a catalog of special pest services to help with more heavy Scorpion ,Cockroach or other pest infestations.

Ancillary Services
Bee and Wasp Treatment
$175 (bee) $55 (wasp)
Treatment of bees or wasps on structure of home or business. Does not include any construction or structural adjustments. All accessible comb will be removed at time of service.
Rodent Trapping
$425
Trapping program for rodents in and around home for five weeks. This program covers the placement up to 10 traps, including a two day follow up after initial install and weekly checks for five weeks. Rodents covered under this program include House mice, Field Mice , Roof Rats, Norway Rats, and Pack Rats.
Pigeon Control
$400 (4 week ) Trapping Program
Our four week trapping program for pigeons includes placement of traps and twice weekly checks . This program is designed to remove an established pigeon population. Exclusion work for solar panels, rooftop coves, etc will be evaluated under a separate program.
